My first appointment exceeded my expectations. Lia at the front desk was very friendly, efficient and helpful in walking me through the paperwork part and overseeing the process. Dr. Osborne spent a lot of time explaining my dental problems and options for treatment and answered all my questions.

The greeting was warm and inviting, very helpful and explained the process for final paperwork. Even offered coffee. And the doctor was wonderful, very informative. I felt extremely comfortable explaining my conditions with him, without any judgments. Thank you so much.

STAY FAR AWAY!!! They are now on their 4th doctor, and all the good staff are gone. This is a sign of a sinking ship. I just called in and some new person answered the phone, and I asked to see if any of the old staff was there because I am worried about my procedure coming up. No doctor until August and no one to follow-up with me if I have issues. 45,000.00 for my all on four implants and I have no idea who is going to be doing the procedure. Talk about very scary. This is my mouth, and I have enough anxiety about dentists. I will go to a better established business that has a local feel. Can't trust this place

This was the best experience I have had. I have huge anxiety with the dentist, and even though I did not see anything about the staff practicing trauma informed care, they all did. All of the staff is very kind, I worked mainly with Jason who was genuine, kind, supportive, helping me understand the process and offered different suggestions with payment options . Dr Chad is very genuine, kind, and introduced himself by his first name. All the staff were very professional, and laid back. There were no judgments. I heard twice in there we cannot change the past, it's where do we go from here.
